Every time you see a straight yellow line you can either follow it without a doubt or maybe, you can stop and think at the meaning of the very same line shaped as a flower and smile.

You can find the Flower on the side wall of the Bethnal Green Working Men's Club, where Pollard Street and Pollard Row meet.
